Instructions for installation:

 Flash Lite is nearly the same as described here

1. Download the file

Option A: Download the file from this web page.
Go to the download site (Java Mobile).

Option B: Download via WAP of your mobile phone.
The following address has to be entered into the browser of your mobile: http://wap.firstai.de/en.wml
There you have to click on "Download First.Aid".
The download will start and the software is installed automatically!
It will cost you just the WAP connection depending on your mobile contract.

 

2.Transfer the file from the PC to the mobile phone

There are several ways to transfer the installation file "First.Aid.jar" to your mobile phone:

- with USB cable
- via infrared
- using Bluetooth

If you are not sure what to do, please look first into the manual, which was handed out to you when you purchased your mobile phone.

 

* A transmission of the software from mobile phone to mobile phone is likewise possible. Attention: The installation file (the jar-file) must be available on a mobile phone (the installed program cannot be transferred!).
To setup the transfer, the other mobile phone (the receiver) must be identified. Switch your Bluetooth on, establish a Bluetooth connection (you have to use the device manager and "my devices" to do the setup. Use the same PIN.). For infrared you must point the two infrared ports to each other.
In your mobile, select the installation file "First.Aid.jar" in the file manager, chose the option "More / Send" and "Via Bluetooth" or "Via infrared". Agree to the file transfer.

 

3. Install the File

This might be different depending on your phone.

Option A: Look for the transferred "First.Aid.jar" in the file manager. Select it and chose "install".

Option B: After transmission the mobile phone recognizes the installation file automatically and starts the installation process immediately.

 

4. Start the First Aid program

In your mobile open the menu "applications" (mostly in the "organizer"). There you can find, if installation was done correctly, the program "First Aid". Click on it and it starts within a few seconds.

After the start of the program you will find a menu, which shows all information on first aid, arranged alphabetically.

If you select a menu item, then the appropriate first aid text will open… Simple but effective and above all: time-saving!
